It is a real cost on top of the package price, so we show an estimate for each package.

Tokens are how AI models measure the work they do, and the model provider bills for them. You pay that bill to Anthropic on your own account, and you set a monthly spend cap. Our estimate for the Starter Office is $30 to $130 a month. These are estimates from typical usage, not a quote, because a busy inbox costs more than a quiet one.
Typical jobs are chasing overdue invoices, answering customer enquiries, booking appointments, keeping the diary straight, drafting quotes, writing reports and posting to social media. Each task has a human approval step for anything that sends a message to a customer or touches money, until you are happy to loosen it.
That is not the aim. They take the chasing, logging and sorting off your team's desks so your people can spend time on the work that needs a person. Many owners use them to cover work they have never had the time or the budget to hire for.
The install itself takes about an hour once we have access to your accounts. After that the staff learn how you work over the first few weeks, and every correction you make becomes a rule they follow next time. Support is included in the monthly fee.
Your email, calendar and files stay in your own accounts. The AI staff work through the same permissions you would give a new employee, and we write down what each one can and cannot touch. We are not a legal adviser, so ask your lawyer about the Privacy Act; we can walk you through our setup on the call.
