This policy explains how Sterling Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 28 090 459 519), trading as System GC (“we”, “us”), handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) where they apply to us.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in the form. When we work with you, we may also handle information you give us access to, such as calendars, inboxes or files, but only as agreed in writing for that job.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and book a call.
- To quote for and deliver the work you ask for.
- To send invoices and keep business records we are required to keep.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery and AI model providers used in client work. Some of them store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that take reasonable steps to protect the information, and we only share what they need.
AI tools
Where client work uses AI models, we set them up so that your business data is not used to train the provider's models where the provider allows that setting. We tell you which providers are involved before we start.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, using the contact form. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
