How does automatic invoice chasing work?
It reads your invoices and your bank feed, so it knows who has paid. It sends polite reminders to late payers on a schedule you approve, in wording you approve, and stops the moment an invoice is paid. Any reply from a customer goes to you.
How much does invoice chasing cost?
With System GC it is $1,985 + GST set-up, then $275 + GST a month. It is also included with every AI staff office.
How long can you chase an unpaid invoice in Queensland?
As long as it takes to get paid. If it comes to legal action, Queensland generally allows six years from when the debt was due for most contract debts. This is general information, not legal advice; ask your lawyer about a specific debt.
Will it chase customers who have already paid?
No. It checks the bank feed first, and paid invoices are never chased.
Is it awkward for my customers?
It is less awkward than you chasing them at night. The wording is yours, polite and short, and you choose who gets chased and who is left alone.
Is there a lock-in contract?
